Merlin Systems is the forerunner in cloud-based contact center solutions. We have been offering IP-based contact center solutions as on demand hosted service since 1999, and our oldest customers have been live with the solution since then.

Merlin is based in Espoo, Finland, and since 2007 we are part of SAP. We serve a large variety of customers: from small to large organizations across different industries like finance, utilities, logistics, travel, housing, health care and manufacturing.

Merlin replaces traditional, separate telephone systems with a single communications solution as a hosted service. Merlin allows organizations to ensure the availability of their services and personnel independently of time, location and contact channel.
